Niki Hayes Has been a stylist for over 12 years. She is certified in Great Lengths Hair extensions and POP clip-in hair extensions. Niki was trained by Matthew Hewitt in the Baliage technique of highlighting, a foil-free hand painted technique. She enjoys the challenge of making hair color look so natural, you will think it grew that way.
LiAnne Dennie Has been with N Salon for over 6 of her eleven years as a stylist. She loves to do beautiful color and avant-garde cuts. She is known for her Japenese permanent relaxers, for which she is certified by the Tony and Guy Academy. Clients who want to keep their curls can have the flexibility to have straight hair for the day when LiAnne styles it. LiAnne is certified to do Brazilian Blowouts, and also uses Dikson and Chi Enviro smoothing systems.
Kelly Fenner Has been a stylist at N Salon for over 6 years. She worked for 2 years as an apprentice under salon owner Niki Hayes, and now offers the same high quality of service and level of expertise. Kelly prefers to do the Baliage technique of Highlighting. Kelly is certified to do Brazilian Blowouts, and uses the Chi Enviro smoothing system. She has enjoyed styling hair at many local fashion shows and photo shoots. She will bring great experience, skill, and attitude to your onsite event, whether it's a party or wedding or fashion show.
Angie Jones Has been able to follow her love for change in hair and fashion for over 25 years, working with the N Salon team for the past 7 years. She is a Board Certified Colorist, and was selected Best Red Hair stylist by Austin Monthly in 2006. She is certified in the Chi Enviro smoothing system.

Rick Garza Is in the 25th year of his career in hair care. He has been part of the N Salon team for over 5 years. He enjoys the challenge of short haircuts and loves to make long hair full and bouncy. He has been a stylist for local television and he is especially great at creating natural looking color.
Jes Fraga Jes can give you that Hollywood glamour hair and makeup while you discuss Hollywood fashion. He makes even the limpest hair full and bouncy. Jes creates beautiful natural color and amazing flowing cuts. He has mastered his skills during his many years of doing hair in Austin. He was voted Best Blondes by Austin Monthly in 2008.
Brooke Beaty Brooke's favorite thing about being a stylist is unveiling the greatest qualities in a person, not just their hair. "The ability to make someone's day is a full circle." Brooke has been a stylist in Austin for over 9 years. She offers her clientele an extensive range of services which allow her to create any look from simple to extreme. Great Lengths Extensions and Thermal Straightening are her specialties. Brooke has a talent for creating color from natural looking to the dramatic. She has mastered the art of coloring hair in addition to being a Cutting Coach. Her clients are sure to reflect a current, fashionable self-image. There are no limitations to Brooke's creations. Cassidy Stearns Has been at N Salon for over two years and has been trained by Niki Hayes in the art of Baliage highlighting. She enjoys the creative freedom that the beauty industry allows and believes that beauty at its best is a harmonious union of our external image with our internal sense of self. "Hair dramatically influences how we feel about our self-image and I find joy in helping others see that beauty when they look in the mirror." Cassidy enjoys creating all sorts of hair styles ranging from natural and beautiful to rare and exotic.
Andrea Juarez Andrea is a native Austinite who has been in and around the beauty industry since 2000. She has learned what clients have come to expect from a high end salon in Austin. Andrea has been trained in color theory by board certified colorist Angie Jones. She has also been trained in the art of Baliage highlights and hair cutting techniques by Niki Hayes. "I find I'm most inspired by having my clients embrace their inner beauty and finding confidence in their new look that we have achieved together." Whether it's a new style, color, or make up, Andrea knows exactly how to achieve the perfect look for you.

Melanie Oulette Melanie Ouellette has been in the beauty business for 16 years. She hails from Boston where she graduated at the top of her class from Blaine Hair and Beauty School. Having no desire to stay in the cold weather, in the winter she moved to West Palm Beach Florida where her career took off. Melanie has been trained by such companies as Wella, L’Oreal, Kerastase, Tigi and Redken. She became an educator for up-and-coming assistants within her salon, and worked in the West Palm Beach area for 14 years. During the last 3 years Melanie traveled back and forth between Florida and Austin, and she has been dubbed the "jet-set colorist" by many of her clients. She specializes in color with a particular interest in blonde hair, although she is proficient working with all spectrums of color and styling. Her other love is special event styling. There is a special joy that Melanie gets when she knows she has helped someone feel beautiful on their special day.
Upon moving to Austin Melanie established J.S.P Hair and Color Design, now located within N Salon. The initials J.S.P hold a special place in her heart as they are the initials of her late mother who lost her battle with breast cancer in the mid 90's. Melanie chose this name for her business in wanting to dedicate her hard work to the one woman who truly epitomized a strong work ethic.
